* You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by cdben.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

* If a refund is requested within the allotted time frame, we will refund your account for the current selling price, if lower.

* For replacement products, a minimum shipping fee of $3.50 for UPS ground shipping will be charged to your account.

* Returns must include all hardware, cables, software and manuals that were included in the original shipment, in the original manufacturer's box. Any item returned without the original packaging will be refused.
